For more than a decade, Tim has devoted his energy to the re-development of Pontiac, MI. In city overlooked by the rest of Oakland County, Shepard discovered commercial real estate gems, such as the Riker Building and 30 North, which houses event venue, The Treasury. His initial attraction to the grit and authenticity of the city has turned into a full-on passion to turn this city into a thriving destination, as it once was.
When his boots aren't on the ground working inside of his buildings, you might find Tim high in the sky with his powered paraglider helping him get a bird's eye view.
