When it was acquired in 2016, the Riker Building was less than 30% occupied and looked as outdated as it possibly could. Today, the building is nearly 100% occupied and boasts beautiful, open office spaces ranging from 500 sq. ft. to 5,000 sq. ft.
The Riker Building was built in 1929 by Dr. and Mrs. Riker to be used for medical and dental offices. The building was in-part designed by noted Detroit architect Albert Kahn, who is known for his innovative use of reinforced concrete and intricate designs.
Over the years, the Riker Building has been home to a wide variety of businesses, including those in healthcare, finance, technology, nonprofits, and more!

With the help of Main Street Pontiac, artist Zach Curtis painted this mural on the Riker garage wall facing Woodward in the summer of 2022 as a beautiful tribute.
